The first pair that came in fit great and worked as promised. The condition was brand new as promised and they looked brand new. It also helps that it was the best price around. There was an issue with one of the parts and within hours of contacting the seller they replied with a solution. They shipped out the new one under warranty and it works great. While the packaging could have been a bit more robust, the axle was not damaged. The sealed factory box was missing a bolt and 1A Auto was very prompt in responding to my inquiry and offered to replace the axle assembly immediately. First class, professional service from them. Product was and is great. Top quality material and packed well. The shipper was my only problem. UPS noted out for delivery between 11:00 AM to 2:45 PM, I am home watching out my window all that time. At around 3:00 PM I get a notice my email, tried to deliver but no one was home, try again on next business day! That was Friday and was an outright lie! then the next Monday it was 4:30 PM. I needed parts not ywo days later!
