Had issues with seat belt. They gave some money back. Many messages back and forth . I don't think they comprehend when asking questions so extra time to get issues resolved. 10 days to be exact. They did make every effort to satisfy me and eventually they did. No phone number on site that I could see so was slow process. I would buy from them again but would expect if any problem slow resolve. The mini excavator was as they listed. So far I really like it.

The shipping was super fast once they shipped it. I waited the 7-10 business days and it still had not shipped. I waited almost another week and I sent then a message and was asking about it. They told me I did not have a commercial address (I have 18 wheelers coming in 3-5 times a week but all they told me was it was not commercial. I finally told them to ship it and I would pick it up from the terminal.

Where do I begin? I bought from this seller because it was clearly stated in the description that it would be shipped UPS Ground 2-4 days. That is false. It was shipped by FedEx 5-7 day shipping. Why put it is shipped by UPS when its not? Sketchy. I contacted the seller about my concerns with FedEx, but they failed to care. Well, the tires were supposed to be delivered yesterday.. and I did not receive them. The tires didn't even get delivered. Order elsewhere!

Great seller, super fast shipping, outstanding packaging. I ended up picking car lift up at freight warehouse because of weather here in Michigan. Seller refunded my residential delivery fee which I appreciated. Gross weight is 1478lbs. Seems to be a quality product, won’t be installing it until spring when I can pour Concrete. I’ll update once installed and put in use. I would recommend seller and will be purchasing more items myself.
