Logged onto the eBay returns page, asked for a return (under the seller's policy) and promptly got the return shipping label and packing slip sent to my email. Printed them out and dropped it off at the post office - Done. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. FedEx made a mistake and reported that the battery was delivered one day before it actually arrived. I contacted the seller and was assured they'd send out a second battery - fortunately the original shipment arrived before the seller sent the second battery. Excellent customer service from seller even though FedEx is the company that made the mistake.

Nothing has happened since 6/11. I've tried to contact FedEx for information but they never responded. They have the worst web site.
