Part came really well shipped with plenty to ensure the original box was delivered in good shape, box contains all items like manuals and sticker etc... seller contacted me before the package arrived to make sure everything was good. It took 22 days for the shipment to arrive to my country in LATAM which is a bit over the median but its not the sellers fault. I would buy from them again.

I received my order incomplete, so I sent a quick email to let them know and within two days I had the missing parts in my mailbox. brand new parts exactly what I ordered. Great seller! Couldn’t get the WTB rocket saddle in the UK at the moment so I stumbled across this seller on here. Saddle arrived very quickly, shipping information was great and speedy. Seller had great communication throughout and can’t fault the service. Shipping price to the uk was very reasonable and was shipped right away! I checked with the seller before buying since the product description mixed two different sizes (PN was for 30mm spindles, description was for 24mm spindles). I bought it based on the confirmation received but I still got the wrong part (needed 24, got 30). However, seller was super responsive pre and post sale and issued an immediate refund. I have purchased from 365 Cycles before and would not hesitate to do so again. Taking off a star due to the mixed up description (which still exists).

I love buying my products from an awesome company. My only complaint is the shipping speed it said i was supposed to get my order last week and then i get an email telling me it wont arrive until the following week. That doesn’t work for me i purchase with the expectation of my order being delivered when it says it should be delivered on the page of purchase but other than that i have no complaints. Work on that shipping speed and you will be A1.

I had a problem and only received 4 out of the 8 tires I had ordered from them but after sending a message to the seller they got back to me super fast and were on it. Listing was for two carabiners but they only sent one then explained it was listed wrong but did send me the additional carabiner. The price was right for a two pack but but way over retail if your only selling one.
