Item as described and shown. Very well packaged for the trip from US to UK and received in reasonable time. Brilliant value as cost of item plus shipping is the same as the cost from the manufacturer for just the item (and they don’t ship to the UK). Postage seemed expensive for how long it takes but then America so over priced and sub-par is to be expected and no reflection on the seller.

Very nicely packed with the two switches bubble wrapped individually in one box and then the box they are in is bubble wrapped again and then boxed again. Shipping was quick and the devices were defaulted and adopted into the Unifi controller without any issues. The cosmetic defects looked worse in the picture than in actual reality. The price was just right. The seller was also willing to negotiate and I would say the overall experience was very good.

The item differed from the description. It was listed as a 1.5TB SSD but came with a 512GB NVMe and a 1TB SSD. On first boot, only the NVMe was detected; opening the PC revealed a damaged SATA cable. The item’s condition was exactly as shown in the photos and description. The computer is in great condition and was well packaged. I would buy from the seller again and recommend you consider buying from them. The only thing I wish was better was: The item title said it had 16GB of RAM, but the description said 32GB. So there was a discrepancy, but the title did say 16GB so I don’t believe they were trying to mislead. Shipping method was a bit slow, UPS Ground carbon neutral took 5 days.

Good vendors are there when things go south. Laptop arrived with no operating system. 3R promptly offered a full refund. I proposed that if I got an OS installed that they issue a partial refund. They sent the proposed refund amount immediately. Took a bit of work, but laptop's hardware was working and now it's humming with the OS I installed. I will buy from 3R again in a heartbeat.

The unit arrived safely and works fine. Unfortunately, the seller was not honest about two things in the description. First, the listing said it included an original (genuine Apple) charger, but I received a generic one. Second, I asked via message about the battery cycles, and the seller claimed 83 — but the unit actually arrived with 476. Maybe the wrong unit was sent, but either way, this is unfair. 1. They have this and another card advertised as new. They are NOT. 2. They sent me the wrong part, I bought an item and they sent me the one from the other listing (they are the same part but the box is in different physical condition) Even before they sent the item I contacted them asking them NOT to make a mistake, it seems like they ignored me or they did it on purpose. I don't think it's much use talking to them beforehand if they'll do whatever they want.
