Packaged arrived in rough shape from FedEx, but the seller packaged the item very well and the item was not damaged. The price and shipping was a good deal and the seller responded in a timely manner, and with respect when I had a concern about the condition of the package upon arrival. So I decided to take the option of sending it USPS they promptly when I should have had today proceeded to ship it the USPS did up to Washington DC so now I did not get my package they can't do anything it's still sitting in Washington and it's going to cost me probably a couple hundred dollars now because this was for a job I had obligated myself to do and now that they screwed up it's going to cost me and money and reputation oh yeah and I love freaking eBay all they want is positive feedback

This Ebayer is awesome sent a message that my batteries did not arrive and a couple hours later I got an apology and they were delivered. I was told FedEx delivered to the wrong house, the driver apologized over and over. Thank you so much.

I received this battery in new condition and in a timely manner. The battery was determined non-functional form an internal problem ( NOT a fault of the seller) . I contacted the seller, they were non-confronting, they gave my battery a warranty and immediately sent me a replacement battery. This was the BEST transaction I have had on Ebay!
