When item arrived it was neatly packaged, and it great shape. The price was agreeable. Unfortunately when it arrived it was a different figure. When brought to their attention they apologized promptly and told me they would resend the correct figure and I could keep the other one too. It was well work the hassle. It arrived and looked exactly like it did in the picture. It was of genuine quality and looked amazing.

Item was packaged very well. Price was good. Shipping was fast. I informed the seller that I received two of one minifigure and zero of the other by accident. The seller promptly replied and said they would mail out the correct minifigure and that I could keep the minifigure that was the mistake. That is excellent customer service. quick shipping the minifig came sealed in the original packet which isn't really necessary but always appreciated. also seller used an extra layer of packaging to really protect which was nice as well. as for the minifig itself I bought it for specific parts, mainly the cyborg legs and chest armor, the hair and face I don't much care for stylistically but it's all good quality from lego regardless. obviously the minifig was brand new as advertised and not too expensive. thanks
