Exactly what I was looking for. Great item, just as described, shipping was *unbelievably* fast (arrived day after order placed). The packaging could have been a lot better, the styrofoam had all broken apart and the parts were banging around quite a bit, the tool rest extension got a bit scratched up. Not the end of the world, but below expectations on that front. Still, I'd buy again, ACME has the best price for this item I could find (most places charge $99+ for shipping) without waiting for a sale somewhere.

This trimmer arrived in 3 days from day of order, I contacted them through EBAY to clarify warranty and they got back to me right away. The trimmer came in EGO box and it's brand new, not a scuff on it. Installed battery and started right up, very nice tool. I would not hesitate to buy from these folks, thanks.

The Ego Power + Multi-head system kit with 20 inch hedge trimmer was a factory refurbished unit. It arrived in a slightly damaged box but the unit itself was undamaged and in excellent, like new condition. It was missing one of the proprietary screws used to secure the handle to the shaft. I contacted the seller and informed them of the issue. I received a timely response from Britta who ended up contacting Ego and having them send me a replacement screw. The customer service was outstanding.

Item picture showed power tool with chargers and 2 high-output batteries. What was delivered had only one high-output battery. I notified the seller and they promptly allowed me to return for full refund and paid for return shipping. Seller also immediately updated the listing picture to reflect the correct quantity of batteries. So, I give credit to the seller for promptly resolving my issue.

They say this is “refurbished “ , but t looked brand new to me. The box, packaging and contents appeared to be new. The Seller sent me a tool that was not the one the seller advertised. As a result, I requested either a refund or that the seller send me the proper tool. I have been notified (by eBay and PayPal) that the refund has been issued. The refund has been accomomplished in a timely manner. While I am disappointed that I was not able to receive what I ordered, I am satisfied that the seller has timely refunded me.

If you buy from theses people you cannot make a mistake. I immediately see my mistake and within 2 minutes I ask for cancellation but no reply until the next day and they said they couldn’t cancel it already shipped. That’s. Arrived without charger or battery and obviously an open box item. No original packaging, beat up box, etc. I contacted seller immediately and all they said was return it. No apologies for sending an open box, no trying to work with me, no offer to send out a replacement battery, nothing.
