My experience with the seller was very pleasent, straightforward and efficient ! I recieved the Phaff via UPS delivery today Feb 29, 2024. Unfortunately the shipment damaged the exterior carrier case which cracked on the left hand side and left a gaping hole in the top lid of the carrier case. I contacted UPS immediately to report the damage i{n-transit damage}; UPS proceeded to give me this long list of rediculous options wich all involved contacting the seller {not at fault}.

Very nice club in great condition. Rare and hard to find. Bought for a great price. Only thing I didn't like was that the putter was not shipped in a standard club shipping box. It did arrive undamaged and was wrapped up really well with bubble wrap and plastic wrapping, but I still would have felt more secure and safe had it been shipped in a standard golf club shipping box. I would definitely still buy from this seller again and I had a very good and positive e-bay transaction. I'm happy.

Before I could respond seller canceled and said: Buyer asked to cancel the item(s) in this order. I did not have opportunity to respond due to work. Seller dishonest. Not professional or honest.

Order was canceled less than 12 hours after payment I was working my 2nd job and had no chance to advise, it was going to be a gift for spouse. What is DISHONEST and LYING here is the fact the seller said BUYER canceled the order when in fact the seller was trying to get themselves out of a jam and make themselves look good, didn't work. Tried communicating with buyer but they said "No need to reply am blocking you!"

you can see in the pictures of my items no dings or dents! buyer received items and claimed one had dings and dents! wanted to return one item but didnt say anything about other item! 4 or 5 days later all of a sudden 2nd item mysteriously got dings and dents! gave me negative feedback and a damaged item! havent received 2nd item yet but i can only imagine and ebay is letting them get away with it! wont take feedback away or refund my insurance, postage or sign money i had put on items!
