This seller sent me the wrong product. They offered and I purchased the correct product but I received the opposite of what they offered. Building Material For Less did not respond to my messages to them to correct the discrepancy. I had to go to Ebay . Read their many bad reviews on not responding and other negative experiences. BEWARE!

Just received the package from seller and the item was exactly as described, so I’m very pleased. I really like the Otterbox Symmetry series and I was happy to find a new case at a great price. I like the marble pattern; it’s similar to my old case but not exactly the same. The case came in the original Otterbox packaging and free shipping was great especially since it got here in less than 4 days. Overall, this is the type of buying experience I look for on eBay. 5 Stars all around!!

Showed shipped right away but seller didn't actually deliver to shipper for over a week, sent several messages with no response, had to buy another set of pads due to scheduled installation time that the pads should have been here for. Possibly the bad storm had something to do with it but the seller never communicated with me. Poor customer service!!

I cannot rate the item because I haven't received it. I paid for it on 9/29. As of 10/7, the seller has not shipped the item, nor have they responded to any of my messages. I tried to cancel the order once the seller did not respond and the request was denied. Now I have to wait another four days for ebay guarantee to kick in so my money can be refunded. A horrible and frustrating experience all around.
