Freight called me day prior to arrange time slot, driver called 20 minutes ahead of time and there was no damage whatsoever. Item never shipped. Said it was coming from Chicago warehouse in sale ad. Seller put in a USPS pre shippment for California. Item was never dropped off to the USPS. I contacted the seller multiple times telling them I wanted to cancel due to the unreasonable amount of time I had waited and thev kept saying we will look into this , thanks for waiting and not canceling the order. I had to file a complaint with ebay before i got my refund. Could have just been my experience but wasn' good
