I expected mediocre quality at this price, but the packaging was a disaster. The coal bags were open, and coal dust was everywhere. Cleaning it up was a nightmare. What truly added insult to injury was the seller's rude and unprofessional response to my complaint. No apology, just a dismissive and unpleasant message. Avoid this seller if you value decent packaging or customer service.

While I received the 10kg of coal, the packaging was disastrous. Unsealed coal bags contaminated the pump's box with dust. The pump, when activated, spewed coal dust. Despite providing photographic evidence of the coal dust inside the pump box, the seller remained defensive and rude, offering only a paltry $5 refund and no apology. To add insult to injury, the pump included the wrong charging cable (micro-USB instead of USB-C). Note: the provided photo shows the box after thoroughly cleaning.

Customer did not show proof of the actual product that was damaged after I asked them to send it. Only sent the box photo. I offered $5 refund for the dirty box but the buyer was very rude and proceeded to call me names.

Not in original box. 10 individual plastic bags of 1 kg each were placed I a generic USPS shipping box. Some of the products was crushed and plastic bags were ripped. I didn't take any photos.

Using the US postal USPS is a bad choice; the delivery person left a note the the four 22 lbs charcoal boxes don’t fit in my mail box! Second delivery attempt stated that the boxes are too heavy to carry! Dude, you need to use UPS, they are a private company and they will not whine about a 22 lbs box to carry to my front door

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. Unfortunately, USPS is the best option when shipping out charcoal for the price I am offering. If I shipped with UPS I would need to charge 3x the amount and you as a customer would not be able to get a deal like the one I have listed.

Good quality coconut husky charcoals at an excellent price. What I received was flats and not cubes. I prefer the larger cubes because I smoke a very deep bowl all glass hookah that lasts up to two hours. But, these will do i just have to add coals more and more often. I had shipping issues that were usps caused and the seller was VERY proactive in getting it corrected.
