The EarPods were absolutely new & in the original package. Greatest price of any trust I found. The quality was as described, and the were still in the original package. After a long wait, finally got product. Seller was good at communicating product was first out of stock but not before a week had passed. Product did arrive in new condition and worked on table right out of box. If it was not such a good discount I would have cancelled order but seller continued communication to keep me updated. I do not like excuses because they can cause stress. I feel there should have been some compensation for my wait, but full price was paid. I will update soon.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had on eBay. The item I received did not match the description at all. I reached out to the seller multiple times and got no response—until I initiated a return. Once I shipped the item back (in mint, pristine condition with photo proof), the seller suddenly became active and claimed it was “damaged,” refusing to issue a full refund. They only want to refund me half the item’s price. This is dishonest and feels like a scam. Avoid this seller at all costs.
