Ordered item and after a couple days received a message that it was damaged while packaged, even though the item had already been marked as shipped. Seller claimed item was not available, and wanted to issue a refund, even as the item was still currently available on ebay to purchase for a higher price. I requested they send me my item, but they issued a refund a few days later anyway. I believe they just didn't want to sell the item at the lower price. I do not reccomend this seller.

The four containers of ground flax seed were in new, unopened condition, as described. The quality is good, too. However, I was trying to avoid buying from Amazon, but when this arrived, it clearly came directly from Amazon in an Amazon box. I found that pretty annoying and won't buy from this seller again.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! HORRIBLE seller. Shipped differently than listed. Seller didn't upload tracking. Seller sent tracking through messages only after I asked what is going on. Seller answered 0 questions I sent them. I never received my order. I only received a partial refund with no explanation as to how I somehow owe $0.29 for nothing at all. Seller is dishonestly drop shipping or middle manning this listing, they aren't sending anything themselves. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, eBay!

Seller sent the wrong items (BAIT AND SWITCH) and refused to provide a proper return label. Also, be aware that these items are really drop shipping from Amazon. It's not a true eBay sale. Horrible customer service and horrible communications. I had to file a complaint against the seller to get my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER.

They offered me return and or refund options I was happy with and handled all of the details, including processing the refund quickly. I think it was an honest mistake made right quickly.
