 The description clearly states five gold backs I received two. When I contacted the seller about shipping the other three or giving me a partial refund they refused. They did offer a full refund if I paid the shipping to return it to them I offered to return if they paid the shipping and they refused. Also, the tracking number provided did not work.

The listing title clearly stated "Lot (2)" and the price reflected two Goldbacks, not five. A stock description was mistakenly copied from another listing, but the correct quantity was shown in the title and price. The buyer demanded three additional notes or a partial refund despite paying for two. We offered a full refund upon return, even though the listing was marked no returns. Tracking was provided. All material terms were accurately disclosed.
