When I received my printer's main board it was packaged very well in bubble wrap, and inserted in an anti-static bag. I really appreciate that pre-caution on their part. These guys know what they’re doing, very professional, and no mistakes. My board was sold as “new never used” and that’s exactly what I received! If you need any equipment, I would recommend browsing thru their store you might find what you’re looking for, or email them and ask they respond within 24 hours. And returns acceted!

I always wonder why a seller doesnt use a photo of the real item. Why use a stock photo from the internet? Why show a photo of a nice new laptop and then ship a junk laptop? Things that make you go hmmm. The seller did give a prompt refund but I will not be shopping with them again.

I bought a wireless mouse from this seller and had a positive experience. The mouse is in excellent condition and looks and works perfectly. The seller shipped it promptly, which was a pleasant surprise. Although the box wasn't in perfect condition, this was shown in the listing photos, so it wasn't unexpected.
