Overall happy with the service. It said may come without original packaging and it did. Kind of disappointing but it was in the description. From what I could tell it was indeed new, though it had a few light marks on it. Packaging of the console was decent but felt like it could have been more protective since the console was only partly bubble wrapped, and balled up paper was used to fill the empty box space. But it’s been working great for 1 week+, so no real complaints.

DO NOT BUY.yall know how they handle stuff in shipping, it needs bubble wrap . also don't know why it came in a brown box when it was advertised as open box , it's clearly not new either . scratch marks on the controller and orange scuff marks on ps5 plates that also came taken apart from bad handling. I have a full video of the moment I opened the box. the joysticks are messed up on the controller from being pushed against the box. completely unprofessional and piss poor for false advertise.

So Amazing. It came in 4 days. This is my 2nd Controller from this seller the 1st One took about 10 days, But that was because of the Postal Service, I think. It arrived in Mint Condition, The Price is Absolutely Comparable, to any other seller you go to but Those are Refurbished and These are Brand New. Top quality for a Great Price. The Microsoft Surface 11 is very nice and is performing as expected. The only difficulty was FedEx Shipping which is very unreliable in Kansas presently. The computer was new as advertised. I found this to be the least expensive of any that I could find in my research. The appearance was great. There was a tear in the outer shipping box from FedEx, however the internal contents were not damaged. FedEx was contacted by the Merchant and this seemed to be the only method to get the package.

I received the PS5 Pro packed upside down, causing box damage. The Last of Us controller box also arrived in poor condition, clearly damaged before shipping. As a collector, this was very disappointing. I messaged on May 22 about my concerns and never received a reply, which speaks poorly of your customer service. I expected better care, especially for collector’s items.
