The item was packaged excellently and with great care, arriving in even better condition than I had expected. Communication with the seller has been among the absolute best out of anyone. While I was confused regarding the lack of a male-to-male 3.5 mm cable, the description didn't necessarily state one would be included outside of the specifications listed, and the images did seem to show what came with the product as advertised. Great value all-in-all, and no real issues with the shipping.

The item was well packaged and was in the protective sleeve I’ve seen other sellers skimp out on which is great. My item was shipped within I believe 12 hours of purchase. The team reached out and let me know it was on its way and asked me to let me know if I had any issues. I did not have any at all. Installed quick and easy all cores show up. I asked seller to add "Signature Required" as I've had problems with "porch pirates" & after a quick PayPal he added the "sig" as requested & for a very reasonable price. When the "Motherboard+CPU+RAM" Combo package arrived, I had to work hard to unpack it !! Best Robust Packaging I've EVER received computer parts in & I've been doing this about 45 years. Windows 10 clean install Good But Some Issues with Linux Install. Overall, I am Extremely Pleased with this seller. Great Job !!

Seller was great at communication! They responded to me right away even though it was late in the day. This was a huge lot of keyboards and they packed them really well. The boards were packed tight and isolated from the box with extra bubble wrap and cardboard. One keycap from one keyboard was broken but I'm sure I can repair it. Overall I'm very happy with how this deal went.

The speedbus cards arrived well packaged and with their ID stickers provided ( these are needed in order to actually use them...). The seller had good communications. However, the cards were misrepresented as having bluetooth support even though they do not. I blame SMA for this because their literature is not clear and you pretty much have to be an expert to know this. Fortunate, I suspected this would be the case so I am still happy since Ethernet is what I wanted.
