Fantastic seller, great customer service. I purchased a remanufactured Chrysler PCM from Auto101. I messaged the seller with questions before I purchased the item, and they promptly replied. Per the instructions, I included my VIN and part # with the order. After ordering, I received the part within a week, boxed and well-protected with bubble wrap. This is the second time I’ve bought from this seller and as before everything worked out perfectly. Good communication and a product that works. If you have a Ford you can download Forscan for free and hook it up to a Windows computer and install your PCM. Shipping was extremely fast, the literally shipped it the same day I ordered it. Keep in mind you have to provide the VIN with your order.

The control module seems to have corrected the issue with my vehicle. I am happy with the price as I saved $400 to $500 compared to purchasing from a local Jeep dealer. Item arrived on time and in good shape. I troubleshot a 2016 Tahoe with a dead screen and operable intern mitten radio. Radio steering controls would work when the radio was working. Found out it was the HMI, found auto101 on eBay and contacted them, they offered a unit that was plug and play and vin programmed. Unit arrived today on 06/12/2025 and was exactly as described. Plugged in and preprogrammed to my vin, awesome job.

Some confusion(worth mentioning) ahead of purchase; as the module itself is widely mis-labeled by the manufacture, and therefore all mechants as a; TCM/TCU, when it is in fact it is a; BDU, which sit adjecent to the car battery(and not under the seat like the former).
