I ordered this item based on the estimated ship time and price. When it never came up as "shipped" after a day, i tried to cancel and order elsewhere because I needed it quickly. The item arrived at my doorstep in less than 24 hours! Shipping was amazing, but there was no communication or tracking information. No response from the seller until I retracted my cancellation and they refused it, as requested. Anyway, I'd buy from them again, now that I know what to expect

well the mud flaps in the pic is not what you get there plan black rubber flaps when i ordered them.i noticed it said mud flap so i message the seller and ask if i was getting 1 or 2 4 days later they replied and let me no i was getting 1 so i ordered another one got them today and got 4 plan black rubber ones nothing like the pic send 4 or 5 messages and still nothing probably be 4 or 5 more days before they reply very disappointed to say the least O'Reilly sells same ones 22.00

The part listed for my van was wrong, it does not fit the van, they have a wrong description of vehicles that this part fits. I contacted the seller and they paid shipping back and issued a refund, thank you. I gave 5 stars below only because they have an error in their description, but their service was very good and I would have no qualms doing business with them in the future, so I feel a little hesitant to leave 5 stars, mistakes happen and they stood behind it even past my 30 days, thanks.

Do not recommend this seller. Sent me a different item, a small tiny bag with something similar to a connector inside (maybe by mistake maybe no), they charge $83.67 before tax and look the picture what they sent , no response the messages on eBay after 48 hours, still waiting and the old 2002 truck still waiting for it. I Hope that this seller make this experience different to update this review.

Great seller! Unfortunately DHL was the shipper, and for them, almost everything that requires delivery outside of any major city devolves into a three-ring circus. The sockets were to be a timely gift for a young mechanic, and I mistakenly thought two to three weeks for delivery would have been enough. Literally the day after I sent in a claim, DHL managed to magically get their act together and deliver.
