Item was exactly as shown and described. The seller shipped promptly. However, I was not very impressed that this heavy item, which is in a plastic case, was shipped using only a thin plastic wrapper. No box, no packing, no protection against damage in shipping. I expected better. My item arrived with all of the little parts scattered about inside the plastic case, but luckily it does not appear there was any damage. This kind of tool deserves to be properly shipped in a box with packing.

Quick postage, Sockets are decent but the ratchet didn't have its retainer in it for some reason. Came in a blue blow molded case rather than the red in the picture. Cheapest version of this set on Ebay at this point.

I placed an order for a belt tensioner and instead received a drain cleaning device. The tracking number on the package was the same as the tracking number that I was provided with after placing my order. I have tried to contact the seller but they do not respond so I am forced to complain to Ebay. This is disappointing as I still need the tensioner.
