The items were shipped in original packing container from creamery. Item was exactly as described in the listing and the photos were accurate. The value is unmatched for parts as buying them new or used individually would have cost more. I am building a new printer from spare parts so this was a huge upsell for me to buy this. Shipping was very fast and no hassle. I highly recommend this seller - they are top notch!

I really like AY_Tech, my package arrived damaged, and they worked with me to resolve the issues caused by mishandling in shipping. I believe that the 3d printer was accurately described and is of good value for the price. The packaging does need a bit more attention. I suspect that some of the screws may have fallen out due to damage to the box. No fault of the seller.

The product arrived on time and in decent condition despite the parts only listing. Was a issue that the screen shown in the picture didn't arrive in the box but everything else did and the seller shipped the screen out pretty fast after I showed it was missing. Everything functions and while I thought there was a issue with the motherboard it was user error on my part, a bad firmware before I got it that I fixed a bit later. All in all would recommend this seller again.

Item is exactly as described if not better. This seller is great! On top of communication and ships quickly. I have purchased multiple items and will continue to do transactions with AY_Tech! Additionally, the carrier that was entrusted to deliver this item did not live up to expectations. They unfortunately did damage the item. AY_Tech still wanted to ensure customer satisfaction and was amazing to work with! Trying to make right an issue that was no fault of theirs!

Great seller and shipping was good - well packed and nothing was flying around inside! The extra foam kept the glass plate put in place. Was as described, though I found a few holes that were stripped/needed cleanup. Prob can helicoil in place and use it - but can be replaced too. I've gotten a few of these units from AY_Tech - still a great deal for people who tinker and aren't afraid to fix something.Know it's "as is - for parts only" and you might like the deals only found here. :) Thanks AY!

I received the cameras quickly but unfortunately they had a weird distortion in the video quality. I reached out and unfortunately they were out of stock and could not send me new ones but quickly offered to refund a portion of the cost due to the defect. They were super fast to respond and very respectful. Greatly appreciated and would absolutely purchase from them again in the future!

Couldn’t be happier! Printer was an “open box” printer. Came packed exactly how the manufacturer would pack it. Incredibly fast shipping. Fedex had possession of the printer the same day the auction closed and i had it in three days! Thats unheard of with eBay sellers! Printer is in excellent condition and works right out of the box. Have this seller saved in my favorites. Will be purchasing again! Gonna need a third printer soon!
