I had to have ebay intervene after I made multiple contact messages which this awful seller refused to answer when my package never arrived. I actually wonder if there was ever even a product to begin with or whether it was just bait to receive my money and put it in their investment portfolio. I also don't know whether it was ebay that personally refunded me or the seller themself but either way, I will never spend another cent with this seller!
