The camera arrived in incredible condition - honestly better than I expected it from the description. Each item was carefully bagged, wrapped in multiple layers of padding and boxes for protection during transit. We had a shipping SNAFU early on. Once we were able to figure out our communication their customer service was excellent. They retrieved my camera from its mistaken location and 2-day shipped it to me, which I feel was an over-correction. I will happily but from them again.

They scammed me. The listing says that they are selling a right controller for the quest vr headset but when I finally received my item it was a left controller that was dismantled and had a plastic battery cover for a right controller so not only did I receive the wrong product but they seemed to be very unknowledgeable of the products they sell and didn’t seem to understand or speak English at all so communication was difficult and they didn’t offer any real solution.

Firstly the soundbar is almost in perfect shape the pictures looked way worse than what I got. Packing and shipping were top notch everything was packed great showed up a day early there others for a little less but can’t complain when the bar works perfectly and looks better then advertised would definitely buy from them again. I never received the item as the USPS seems to have lost it. That being said, the seller shipped it quickly and responded quickly to my concerns. After receiving the product I realized what I had was USB to C connection chord. I asked if he could send me a C to C connecting chord to plug into my Mac Book Pro and the promptly sent me one at no cost. I pleaded with him that I would pay since it was extra. He would have none of it and promptly delivered the extra chord at no cost. I would buy from this man again and again. You can tell this guy is not selling a one time thing.
