The transaction was completed. The seller made a error in the description of quantity sold to me. Acknowledged the error. The delivered item is discontinued, hard to find --especially new ones. The price was right. Thankfully, not price gauging. The item is a small medical case needed to replace a very worn old, heavily used one. USPS caused the delay in delivery. The package bounced around their network a few weeks before I finally succeeded in retrieving it from the local Post Office.

I did send the wrong item initially. I was contacted by the buyer and mailed out the correct item the SAME day. The correct item was received 2 business days later. I sent a follow-up message to this buyer to ask if they were satisfied with their order and never heard a thing until 2 weeks later I receive negative feedback.
