The seller is very professional when I used the wrong card and ask for a refund, I received it in three days. I purchased two of these containers with the intention of buying additional ones if they fit my shelving. The sellers warehouse shipped me the two, but without lids. I contacted the seller, and unfortunately they could not locate the lids. Unfortunately stacking bins on top of each other, requires lids! The seller immediately refunded my money. I'd be delighted to purchase again from this seller.

Everything worked perfectly, arrived perfectly and very cared-for packaging from seller. I've been using the unit for several weeks and it's been a great addition to my DIY project boombox using a Taramps DS440x4 amplifier. The item description was not the item I received. While beach audio did apologize for the mis-information, and did allow return of this item, it cost me a few weeks in the time it took to return it, and to receive my refund. And after all of that, they still didn't have what I actually needed, even though they advertise as such. Dis-appointed, and ordered from another supplier..... even at a lesser cost. Received in 4 days.

I must say I don't typically leave reviews good or bad but this package came much sooner then expected and the fact that it was in original box like it was brand new. Did not expect that... very cool. Could have been packed for travel better but nothing looks damaged so no harm no foul. This company is pretty great. Will be getting other things in the near future.
