I ordered a C3000Z modem as identified in the picture description and received a C3000A which confused me. I reached out to be_kind and was told that what was sent had the same specs as what was ordered. The unit set up was flawless and is operational. The unit was delivered nicely bundled with all parts. The warranty is great.

Super quick shipping+ well packed so received quick & in perfect NEW CONDITION for an affordable price. Includes all cables and power cords. Couldn't ask for more. Now to figure how to install without doing harm to all my security cameras and other equipment. As an older homeowner it seems there's always another learning curve. This was an A+ transaction and I recommend the seller as a straight shooter and would buy from them again should I need one of their products.

Excellent Seller! Great Communication! Fast Shipping. Item exactly as described. Be aware that the C3510zx is a little difficult to configure on the Centurylink network because it uses a different GUI Setup from other Centurylink modems. Its configuration looks different than other centurylink modems. I had to contact Centurylink Tech support to walk me through the setup (& I have set up many modems). Centurylink Tech support was great. I recommend this modem. I recommend this seller!

Item arrived pretty quickly but wasn't even close to what I ordered. Seller responded to messages, but I needed the correct item quickly. Sellers responses were a bit delayed for the urgency that I needed the item I ordered. Seller stated he would ship the correct item when he saw that I had sent their mistake back. This also did not fit into my timeline and it didn't seem right that I had to wait longer because their quality control was lacking. I ended up returning the item.

Cable wanted $100 for ARRIS modem Battery Back-up. Here for $68.96 and free shipping. Got it in 4 days. I was getting ready to give feedback but I noticed the price had dropped $10 to $58.96. Then I sent a message to seller asking what happened in price 4 days since I ordered. "The item is temporarily on sale, but we would be happy to match the price for me. Is that what you want?" Sure, and See his Shop @ 99% positive. A lot cheaper than cable . TBH "Old School" business practices !
