I purchased recondition injectors for 08 tundra. I received and installed the injectors. I had a problem out of two of the injectors. I contacted customer service told them the problem they promptly sent me two new injectors. Now that’s what I call. Excellent customer service

Received the crankshaft this morning. It is as advertised a standard/standard polished crankshaft in great condition. The box and packaging materials were totally inadequate. It arrived loosely sloshing around in a medium weight card board with a counterweight hanging out of the box, surrounded in what used to be encapsulated expanding foam but what is now a crushed course powdery mess.

Item arrived packaged very well and on time. It had some damage, although it appears it was likely damaged prior to packaging/shipping. I contacted the seller and received a response, an apology, and a new tracking number for the replacement part immediately. Mistakes happen, however how someone (or a business) handles and resolves the issue shows true character. I wouldn’t hesitate to conduct more business with this company in the future.

The Quality was new the condition and value were awesome. However, the mail people messed up the packaging but the items where safe and wrapped for the rough handling of the package. The appearance when I pulled it out the box was fresh and you definite could tell it was new. I will be buying from this seller again soon.
