Unfortunately when I received the item one was damaged and they weren't the color I expected. I requested a refund from the seller and without hesitation or pushback was granted one and the seller even paid for the return shipping label. I received a full refund. This transaction didn't work out for me but I would definitely use this seller again for a future purchase. AWESOME customer service, excellent seller ‼️

Outstanding Custom Made Piece, Absolutely Love it......It will look crazy good on my truck!!!!! My only concern is a minor one, the seller printed the mailing label the day after I ordered it & thus I was confused why the tracking number was not showing the package moving for several days, I inquired but wasn't told what had happened, they just asked me to be patient. So better communication would have made it an even better transaction!

The item I received was not what I ordered it was the wrong plate frame, secondly it was damaged when I received it, poor packaging. They were contacted the day I received the item. They said they would issue a refund, this was on 5/13. They were contacted on 5/19 about where the refund was and said it was sent ,yet I have not received a refund. They were contacted again on 5/25 with no response. Buyer be aware if something goes wrong they will ghost you.

I recieved the wrong product , Contacted the seller told them that they had sent me a product of lesser quality but it still looked good . they told me to return for a refund and after waiting almost a month for the product that was NOT a option . I left a message , for a price reduction or something and NO JOY . I will keep this product but am very unhappy with the service. As a international custumer shipping times are becoming a non starter for buying products.

The postal service was very kind in its treatment of this license plate (and another one that was in the same envelope with it). Always a risk when dealing with plastic with rhinestones embedded in it. This seller has selection I could never find in auto supply stores around here. This license plate frame even came with blingy matching screw caps (and screws). Anyway, fun shopping with this seller, FREE shipping, and last but not least, he will answer a question if you ask him one. Yay.

1st order never arrived. Seller finally replied to reorder AFTER eBay was notified . Reordered, wrong item arrived. Seller replied the lettering looked different and would check with production . NEVER heard back from Ahmed at blvd. Replied I had seem same item from another seller pricing it at half the price. The item was poorly packaged & opened when I received it. One of the rolls was missing. I informed the seller of this. They said they would refund the missing roll. Never got the refund & they stopped responding to my messages. Won't be buying from them again! I wish I had checked their feedback a little more thoroughly before purchasing! Buyer beware!
