Very positive experience with seller. ARB didn’t send all parts but seller went beyond reaching out to ARB and constantly keeping communication up with me. Seller was great to work with and shipped item fast. The only problem was the shipping company. They didn’t deliver on the day they was supposed to. Then it was the weekend and then it didn’t get on the truck on that Monday. I went to the facility and picked it up myself. 4 hours round trip. Seller was absolutely helpful locating my bumper.

I had to get my front end worked on, which included new Shocks. It was nice to be able to buy them here and save myself some money. The seller didn't take an of my lower price offers, but that's okay the asking price was still bellow what I would have paid at the mechanic. They were packaged well, boxes were intact, and shipped fast. They are Bilstein so you can't go wrong.

My only gripe is my own fault. I did not read the product description correctly which stated that the listing was only for the second row floor liner. Nonetheless, the shipping was fast, the product arrived in brand new condition showcasing great quality. I thought I was receiving liners for the front and second row based off the pictures but unfortunately I should've realized the pricing was too good for a 3 piece set. Make sure to read carefully exactly what you are getting.
