In the 25 years I've been on eBay, I've left negative feedback very few times. It's sad to do it again, but I never received this item purchased on 7/3. It was marked shipped (untracked) with a delivery window of 8/31-9/9. I emailed this seller on 9/24 that I hadn't received it and requested its status. No reply. I opened a case with eBay on 10/4. Their response to me was "We didn’t receive valid proof of delivery from the seller." I emailed the seller on 10/5 asking what happened. No reply.
