I received what I ordered. I don't understand why high impact, basically indescribable. plastic was wrapped like a Fabergé egg. Basically an entire roll of tape to wrap the box then and an additional layer of unneeded packaging inside. Finally the bottom of the box was jammed so tight in the top of the box the item is unusable. Awful seller.
