First off the price was good but then Fedx had the package , after 13 day's i contact the seller he explained that Fedx has lost the package but Caltric would return my money or send the item again to me i told Caltric to send the parts again and they arrived 4 days later thank you very much Caltric for great customer service and a great part .

The item was as advertised but was missing the zero fitting that was supposed to be in the box. Also the shipping was delayed because the spindle was sent in the wrong package resulting in postage due in the amount of $21.60 which the seller told me I would be reimbursed for. Otherwise I’m satisfied with the quality and price. I’ll be buying more mower parts from this company.

The part arrived late & was reordered. The fault is with the Post Office not the seller. The package was stuck in Columbus Ohio for a long time. When it arrived the box was taped all over but the part was still okay. No problem with the seller. They did an excellent job. The part was as advertised & we now have two of them. Clutch kit was exactly what I was looking for my 1982 Kawasaki KZ 550 LTD. Clutch kit was brand new as describe in the listing. Item cost was very reasonable and shipping time was very quick. Seller communicated quickly and honestly. The item showed "not delivered" on my eBay account, but item was indeed delivered on time. This was a clerical error by the USPS mail carrier. I will be adding this vendor to my saved list.

Great company to deal with. I initially ordered friction plates for the wrong bike model and this company was super responsive and canceled my order before it left the warehouse. So reordered the correct friction plates and they arrived quick and in perfect condition and work like new if not better than OEM. Awesome value that can't be beat.

These arrived yesterday- eBay is BLOWING up messages to provide feedback. As brakes haven't been installed nor even checked for fitment, all that can be said is they were the cheapest brake pads on eBay and were delivered a bag , the front pads where out of the thin box they came in, rattling arround and getting chipped. The way we deal with such situations is to contact seller 1st, BUT, as it is the weekend, and eBay demands feedback, 🫴 this is the outcome. Would tell Seller to package better.

The most amazing customer service. This company stands behind there product. I purchased a battery "AMG" . My first purchase of a battery of this kind. I was able to get my questions answered immediately. The battery came fully wrapped in plastic with corner protectors. Inside it's box. There was a slight issue but they had taken care of it by the days end. Unheard of. Thank you to the entire Caltric team for putting me first! And getting me down the road!

This company is great to deal with. I ordered friction plates for the wrong model bike and although the order was picked it was still waiting to be recieved by the USPS. Customer service responded well and canceled the order promptly and I had no doubt after that. I reordered the correct parts and they are an excellent value, fit perfect and better than new OEM. Thanks to Caltric my vintage 50 year old bike rides again!

The seller had shipping issues but was not their fault. It was shipped FedEx economy, and FedEx economy is a terrible shipping method. Seller has been very good with working with me to get me another one out. I highly recommend the seller but do not recommend using FedEx economy seller has been very responsive to my messages and is doing all they can to solve the issue that was not their fault.

Accurate and fast seller. Will use again. Item received was exactly as advertised and in brand new condition. Also, I ordered very near Christmas day and expected slow handling time due to the holiday but was surprised to receive the item just as quickly as normal. This item arrived at the post office opened and empty. They refused delivery and the company contacted me to see if I wanted them to send a replacement. I said yes if they didn’t charge me for it. I received a replacement a couple of days later no charge. Great customer service !! Thanks!!

Seller takes a little longer to ship than some people but you can be assured that you are getting the right part, packed well, and are not going to get scammed . That means a lot to me being able to know you are dealing with a honest , reputable seller. If you need it fast, try to find an honest seller who doesnt sell as much as this one does. Will buy from again.

After going back and forth the item arrived late but not due to the seller but the post office loosing item in the mail. The seller had previously reimbursed me for my item but once it arrived I made contact with seller to invoice me again and I paid for it. Great seller lousy post office.
