Seller was very nice and sent a kind follow up message after purchasing! Unfortunately, the shipping carrier for the final leg of travel claimed they were unable to contact me for delivery in late April. I reached out to them to reschedule delivery, but was left waiting for a while. I reached out again yesterday to follow up and was told tariff issues were causing delays, which is understandable. I'm glad to report the item arrived today, but the box was very squished. The item was fine though.

The plush was soo cute and something I wouldnt find in the US. The packaging was not great as it came in a bag and the box was crushed. The plush came undamaged though and I do find the quality and value if you are a collector of labubus. The product was also new but the box it came in was just not worth saving. No shipping details provided but it did arrive pretty fast. Overall good experience.

Seller shipped in a bag. Needless to say box and Labubu were badly damaged as the package was completely damaged. Contacted seller. Seller stated can only ship on a bag not boxes from China. Not true. I get boxes all the time from China. I’ve purchased other Labubu’s from this site and others. They always come in a protective outer box. Labubus eye is messed up and neck is broken due to shipping. Seller says will replace but ship in a bag again? Omg NO. Item is a lafufu lafifi fake too.

It doesn't seem to be a fake. The grey one is what a fake one usually looks like. My mom loved it the box was unfortunately very squashed but thats more the delivery companys falut than the seller. Very affordable as well imo a lot of labubus go for 400+. I'm willing to buy more in the future!

Never received my item . Gave the seller a chance to make it right. Never received anything . I did ask for my refund . The seller gave it to me fast. Within hours.. Then they said . They will send me the item for free anyways because of all the mess up and inconvenience. . Never got anything.. I did give the seller almost 1 month to send it and nothing . Not happy I really wanted my labubu. :(
