Seller sent the wrong jersey. Ordered a Butker and got a Pacheco. Super Bowl is this Sunday and I’m disappointed. People do make mistakes but not making it right with customer service is wrong, instead taking my comment of me waiting for a response before making a bad review and forwarding it to eBay and contacting your lawyer because it’s extortion. Not quite sure how that is when I paid for the product and received the wrong product. Thankfully I should be able to return it at no cost.

I sent the wrong jersey, my fault! I take responsibility, but what the buyer didn’t mention. He contacted me, said I shipped the wrong jersey, and demanded that I send the correct jersey overnight or he would leave negative feedback, He approached with threats, not with, what can you do to resolve this issue, as many of my over 2,000 happy buyers have done. I told the buyer that I don’t respond to threats, and attempting to acquire something by threats or force is the definition of extortion.
