This box was very heavy and came in damaged which also damaged the product. I can tell it was packed properly but damaged by the shipper/delivery company and no fault of the seller. Seller responded quickly and immediately offered to replace or refund. I opted for a refund and it was processed the same day. i will be ordering from Complete Struts again based on their customer service alone.

Perfect condition they are brand new as stated!! A bit of a hiccup getting delivered seemed to be roughed up a bit, i’d personally try and package a bit more well inside so the styrofoam does not get everywhere during shipping, but can’t wait to get them installed! 🤞🏻

I buy with this seller because he's ad said delivery at april 23 to april 25 and 1 day after 2 buy it they said deliver at april 30 and I contact at the seller and he answer me after 7 messages and he"s attitud was very ogly, I dont recomended this seller !!! 0% they just weste my time !!!
