Excellent seller. The motherboard arrived in proper ESD protective packaging and included (a 3D printed) I/O backplate. The motherboard arrived as described and on time. I only wish I had known in advance that it had come from a CyberPower PC as the UEFI BIOS is slightly different from the one bought straight from ASUS (I achieved what I wanted, so it doesn't matter much). Would recommend this seller.

Seller got my package here faster than Newegg. Haven't tested mobo yet but it came in safe packaging and no damage. Anti static bag and smaller bag for accessories. Also got a message from the seller prior to shipping asking about compatibility with my parts. Best buying experience I have had with anyone. Item was as described, perfect condition. In it’s original certified refurbished box. Good value product. Shipping was in the allotted time, but would’ve preferred an earlier arrival. Only gripe I have with this is the packaging. It came in a shipping envelope, no box, no protective foam/wrapping. completely unprotected. Be careful with this seller. Good products, bad shipping.

These guys did a great job on communication and they had lots of transparency. Unfortunately my PC was damaged due to shipping and I guess the packaging itself wasn’t the best. However, they immediately wanted to repair it and once it got delivered it could not be repaired so they sent a refund right then. Although I never really got the PC im very happy about how they handled the situation.

Bad experience dealing with this seller. The Item which was supposed to be factory refurbished didn’t come with any of the accessories, which was not stated in the description, seller said it was normal to have not have any accessories on factory refurbished items. I’ve bought many refurbished items that comes with all accessories and original box. It came in a random box barely bigger than the item itself with a bubble wrap sleeve which one corner was popped. I’ll never buy from this seller.
