I was supposed to be shipped an 18x24 frame when item arrived it stated on the box it was 18x24. I opened it and it turned out to be a 16×20. I messaged the seller and sent pics, without hassle the correct item is being packed and shipped. Very great customer service would definitely deal with them again.

Even though i thought it would come with glass it came with acrylic, size 13x17 is right kind of in between the 12x18 gray area. Well, the seller issued me a refund when i contacted them which was too kind, i would have been ok with an explanation. They said they'll make the listing more clear. Great customer service and I do like the frame very much.

I have ordered this frame yearly for over 10 years, whenever I add a local festival poster to my collection. While there may be very slight variations in color, it is not detectable by anyone other than the framer. Like the others, this frame was built well, and it highlights the picture without overwhelming it. It was nicely packaged, and arrived in good shape. The seller’s reply was prompt and accurate when I sent an inquiry before ordering. Great service!
