First, the communication with CSE Outfitters was phenomenal! They processed the item and shipped it super quick. When the item hadn’t moved for three days, I contacted CSE, and they assured me, that they would follow up. The very next day the item started moving. The canteen cover was new, as described. However, we could not unfastened one of the snaps. Eventually, the snap pulled through the material. I provided images to CSE Outfitters, and they had the manufacturer send out a new one.

WORST I have ever experienced on eBay. When I made the order the info said I would get it in 4 days, then 7! I contacted the seller by email and even by phone - all my outreach efforts were ignored. I finally called the seller's Post Office and they informed me that the item was NEVER brought in, the USPS spoke to the store's shipping person and item was brought in LATER THAT DAY! Then I got an email saying the USPS misplaced it, they did not know I got the truth already from USPS! Never again!

Took 4 days just to create the shipping label, another few days to ship it and all together, took almost 2 weeks to ship/receive a hat that I wanted for a military ceremony. I live 3 hours from the seller. I should have drove there and got it I guess. Hat never made it on time for my ceremony. Very disappointed.
