He shipped fast and responded quickly. I accidentally ordered twice and he quickly refunded me for the accdental order as well. This is my second time purchasing from this seller and would reccomend. Admittedly I was skeptical because of some of the negative reviews but I can say both of my orders went very smooth without any issues.

The floor liners arrived in new condition. The price was cheaper than the dealership and the shipping speed was fairly quick. I thought the logo would said “Equinox” from the advertisement, but it says “Chevrolet” only. It’s OK. Still a top quality product. Satisfied customer. Great eBay seller.

waiting a month. Asked to cancel shortly after i ordered. Did not get an affirmative answer from the seller. I am guessing they had not packaged the item or paid for postage. I have a perfect record and feel there should have been consideration to my request, especially being in Canda, having to pay import duties that are not recoverable. When it eventually arrives, will be sending it back immediatley. Waste of my time and the Vendors.

This seller is by far the worst one I have dealt with in 20 years on EBay. First they mailed a used item sold as new in a box that was wasn’t taped shut. On top of that the item was missing parts. I contacted them to make things right, they never responded. Last but surely not least I had to pay 28.00 to return it. This eBay seller is a PO_ and should be thrown off the site.

The item arrived on time as described and was the correct item. The box arrived damaged. I took pictures before touching the box even of the damage and opened it. Item inside has scuff marks on it and one small dent. I contacted the seller to try to figure out what to do and was never contacted back even with sending the pictures. I won't buy from a seller again that will not answer the buyer back when they have a complaint.

I placed the order Dec 11 on an item that says 2 days shipping/handling. After 10 days of no communication or shipment I emailed the seller asking to cancel the order. Somehow the cancellation got rejected and I'm 20 days into this purchase with no hope of resolution. I had to cancel payment with my bank because neither the seller nor eBay will do ANYTHING about this issue. Basically they get to keep their product and my money. Stay away from this seller & eBay unless you like losing money

I’ve seen some bad reviews about this seller in different places after I placed my order I was a little worried but everything went great! I know there is a notice about how they can arrive damaged but these tow hooks came packaged beautifully. No issues or complaints whatever about this seller! I would have full confidence buying from them again in the future!

No response, item never received. SCAMMER with fake reviews. Save your time and money and order through someone else. Check Google for their 1 star overall rating. Never responded to messages. Kept saying they were away for months at a time. Thankfully ebay refunded my money back. Ebay needs to close this store down.

Item did not arrive when expected. No response from seller after attempts by both myself and eBay. Tracking never provided to myself or eBay. Sellers website says they won’t respond to contacts for orders. After considering canceling I then got a fed ex message saying item will arrive in an additional week! Pretty bad business to say the least. Won’t order from this company again

15 days later and the Item still hasn't shipped. Got a "We'll check the warehouse" response once and nothing since. Seller has many reviews which will likely offset this review, but I'd recommend other listings. Don't go for the best price or you get what you pay for in customer service.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. I purchased the floor mats for my vehicle on December 13th. Seller never shipped the floor mats. Contacted the seller on December 17th to find out why the item had not been shipped, seller stated they would be sent on December 18th. The floor mats were never shipped. Contacted the seller to cancel on December 22nd because they were a Christmas gift that would not be received on time. Seller did not respond. I had to wait Christmas until eBay allowed me to dispute.

This was the second attempt at fulfilling this order. First was lost due to shipping company. Second arrived in good-excellent condition. Box was a little crushed, but the contents were okay. The photo/image on this item does not represent the product accurately. The Mats I received did Not have the lock down grommet. In my mind, it would have been better to have one since my vehicle has this feature. This was not a deal breaker, but it was the main reason I chose this item from this seller!
