The wrong "sunshade" was delivered. I tried to contact ebay by phone but no luck. It is nearly impossible to speak to a customer service agent. In addition, I could not cancel my return information despite attempting to do so with poor instructions from the customer service web information . I DO NOT know how to take pictures or send them since I use "landline" phones and could not get a human being at ebay. I also tried to call this company with no luck.

No issues with the actual product ( car mats ) . But the shipping ( Fed Ex ) was BRUTAL . It took 10 days AFTER BEING shipped . Delayed 3 times in my home state ?? Fed Ex is the WORST of the courier services , NEVER on time , drivers are rude / ignorant . I mentioned this to the sender and they responded with understanding and promised to review the problem .
