Possibly the worst seller I've encountered on ebay in 24 yrs. Mat didn't fit my van as stated so I returned for refund, I selected 'didn't fit' by mistake instead of 'wrong item sent' so had to pay return postage, fine, no big deal it was £3. Sent the mat back in the original condition, never used (as didn't fit) in original packaging day after I got the postage label. Seller claims item wasn't in original condition so only refunded £7 instead of £20. Ebay stepped in and refunded full amount.

The mats are great, but they did not get delivered when they said it would, so checked tracking number from EVRI and they said expecting it, so I messaged seller and they said they had posted it, but tracking did not show that, so I asked for a refund. They messaged me back and said could I wait 3 days, which I did and they came 3 days later. The mats are great they look lovely and fit great too thanks
