Item arrived on time. The item is a good value and was in new condition as described. The part is as good in quality as the original part it is replacing. There was a discrepency in the quantity that arrived from what was ordered but this seller was extremely quick to respond and is handling the issue. CWC always seems to have exactly the PC cooling parts I need, always in new condition, and at a price I consider fair (not extortionist) given the age of the parts. Shipping took a while but shipping from southern CA to MI always seems to take an extra couple days. It was dispatched to me quickly at any rate. Recommend seller for anyone seeking PC cooling parts!

Items arrived as described and were in new condition as described. Seller was quick to ship. However, seller multiplies the shipping cost when purchasing multiples but still ships in as small a package as possible. This inflated my shipping cost to over 4x the original amount. When asked for a partial refund for the overcharge on shipping seller was not inclined to provide any assistance. Be aware before ordering multiple items.
