The computer was packed very well, delivered early, was very clean inside and out. It fired up right away and loaded all my files and programs with ease. The disc reader didn't work all the time. The seller was quick to respond and handled the the inconvenient disc reader right away with another one. Computer was very well packaged and came as expected. The case had some minor damage but was expected with a used computer and definitely acceptable. It had a name brand m.2 drive which surprised me for the price. They did forget to send me the hdmi adapter but the seller was quick to respond and the replacement is in the mail now coming to me. Over it was a great deal and functioned as expected.

I bought an RTX 3080, and it arrived in pristine condition. The seller took extreme care when packaging the item, which I appreciate. It was wrapped in high-end bubble wrap, an anti-static film bag, and a soft packaging bag. The item was exactly as described, and the appearance matched the pictures. Ordered a dell laptop, after receiving it,, I had trouble with it shutting off. Seller was quick to help in finding a solution. However that didn't work. The seller immediately sent a replacement and everything is working great. Shipping was slow but not because of the seller. It was all due to the postal service. So far (1 week) computer has performed beautifully even with the minimum requirements. They exceed our needs. The case is in good shape, fan is quiet (I've had noisy ones) & the small size is exactly what I wanted. I had a question with my order & the vendor responded very quickly. Item was shipped quickly (USPS was slow!). It was well protected during shipping wrapped in bubble wrap. If I needed a second computer, I'd order from this vendor again without hesitation.

The SSDs arrived in functional packaging, placed in an antistatic bag for protection. However, all items were bundled together with a rubber band, which wasn’t ideal—individual bags would have provided better organization and protection. Nevertheless, they arrived safely and will be put to good use in an upcoming project. Great value for the price!

The desktop computer arrived well packaged, and works very well. No scratches on the hard drive, almost new, and was as described. Windows was installed, which is what I needed, and received a free HDMI adapter. A great value for the money spent. It took over 10 days to receive via USPS, would have used FedEx, but arrived unharmed.

Got the machine, had a couple questions and everything was not fully answered. Machine was rated as excellent refurbished, which means no scratches and looks new, but my case has quite a few scratches. Told the seller about this and really didn't get any response except they'll tell the manager. Not an answer I like since I paid for the description of the machine, but it's up and running and working well. Delivery was fast.
