The frame was exactly as described and in great condition. Cost of the frame was the best I could find in the condition it was in. Probably the worst customer service ever. I ordered a part and received the wrong side. I then asked if they could over night the correct part and the answer I got was they didn't overnight anything. When I asked for a discount I was ignored. So I'm losing my time and my money because of their mistake and still have to pay full price while also waiting an extra 2-3 weeks to receive my correct part. Absolutely ridiculous.

we do make mistakes both controls shipped at the same time and the labels got mixed up we have no problem fixxing the mistake but the guy wont return wrong one and is demanding we over night the other one i am sorry we do not do any over night shipping the customer always pays the over night price and it never gets there so we will not do any over night shipping period and its been 5 days total not 2-3 weeks and sorry we do sleep at night i dont stay up all night answering emails mr karen
