Impact was just as described. All of the items were packaged very nicely and protected with bubble wrap. The seller shipped through USPS... which, unfortunately, is terrible when it comes to tracking updates and delivery times. Overall very pleased with this seller and the processing of my purchase. READ his reviews! This seller clearly has an issue treating his customers with respect and dignity. I didnt read his reviews before purchase, unfortunately. The seller listed a well used item as -open box, falsely advertising its status. The item did not even come with the alleged 'open box' and had quite a bit of wear and tear. When I contacted the seller, he was extremely confrontational and disrespectful, and took the maximum time allowable to send my return label, and process refund.

Seller listed unit as new but was defective upon arrival and would not function. Seller then tried to blame it on shipping or “operator error or operator damage”. A tool designed to be dropped from high ladders does not get broken during shipment. Box and bubble wrap not damaged. I am very familiar with function of power tools. Asked for a UPS return label multiple times, was ignored and sent USPS label instead. Great price turned out too good to be true.

Customer was offered multiple options including a full refund, or for or the tool to be sent to be repaired by the factory. Customer demanded that send a return label with a shipping carrier that was convenient for him. Would not do business with this customer again. Not sure why ebay would allow negative feedback to be left when a full refund was issued to the customer when the tool was received back.

Not only did it acctualy come without problem/at all it came in a untouched and un damaged box. Not only that the product was absolutely undamaged at all. Overall great supplier.
