Honestly a good seller! I purchased a listing without a photo but the title eluded that the CD was a different title than I anticipated. They told me if it wasn’t what they thought because they couldn’t take a photo of it they’d issue a refund and they did. I owned the CD they sent already. I appreciated their honesty and I do want to give them more business so I’m going to buy some more CDs with photos this time! Quick response quick shipping packaged safe and great value. I ordered the Jefferson Airplane cd 2400 Fulton Street from estocks-USA. It’s a double cd set. It arrived very quickly and was packaged superbly. However upon opening the package I found that only one of the two cds had been shipped. I reached out to the seller to make them aware of the problem. They quickly responded and took responsibility for the mistake. Moreover they immediately refunded my money no other questions asked. These days it’s rare to find a seller that puts the customer first!!!

Far better condition than expected, in comparison with the seller's description -- jewel case shows no cracks or major scratches, and CD plays perfectly. Some significant delivery issues (not the seller's fault!); but the seller was VERY responsive, and even sent a refund without my asking! When the package mysteriously turned up, the seller patiently walked me through multiple repayment options until I was able to successfully repay them. Wonderful #1 customer service people -- thanks again!

I have purchased from this seller on a few occasions before. This time, unfortunately, the seller sent me a DVD that was for a region that is not used in the USA. I immediately asked for a refund and the chance to return it. The seller provided the refund just as fast which shows their honesty and integrity. I have not been sent a return label yet but that is up to them. The only other negative is that the dvd was shipped in a thin plastic envelope providing no protection at all. No bubbles

Seller did not describe item accurately. Said it was in VERY GOOD condition. But no, it was in unsealed PERFECT BRAND NEW condition. Every detail looked brand new. Arrived in about a week. Good listening played fine. Excellent price. I recommend this honest trustworthy seller.

The cd was a good price, in great condition as described and arrived quickly and packaged well. In reference to the actual Counting Crows "August and Everything After" album, I would recommend the cd. It has some good songs, and 1 classic song I recognized. I highly recommend this seller as they have good communication, & they are interested in giving quality products to the customer. This I know because a CD I ordered didn't meet their quality inspection, so they canceled & refunded the order.

The CD was shipped out very quickly & arrived with little issue. Unfortunately one of the door hinges on the jewel case arrived broken, so i'd recommend they improve the packaging some, but that's no big deal to me as I had spares and it otherwise arrived as described and plays perfectly. As someone who has bought from them before I recommend them for the value, as the worst I have had was two broken cases out of several orders so besides their inadequate packaging, you get what is described!

It was a positive experience in dealing with this Ebay Seller. The goods as described. I was a little apprehensive at first, but this is usual when dealing with 2nd hand item. I received the CD of The Rippingtons. It was pack with care and arrived quickly. The CD were in playable condition. Good value! Minor damage only to jewel plastic cover. I had a good experience with this seller and would not hesitate to deal with them again (actually, I already have), despite the order itself having been messed up. I ordered a 3 CD album from them; when it arrived, 1 of the disks was missing (and for some reason 2 extra, unlrelated disks, were stuffed into the case). When I contacted the seller they promptly refunded my money, no need to return the disks that I did receive. And the disks that I did get were in the condition advertised: very good

DVD that was shipped was the wrong one for my region. I alerted the shop about it and was issued an immediate refund. I have since re-ordered for the right region. Despite the fact that this mistake happened, I still appreciate the lightning fast shipping and the lightning fast responses. It was packaged well and it was a great value. The only thing I would change is knowing exactly what region we come from the United States is region one and the DVD I got was region too.
