Had a problem with the carrier, (not the seller). I contacted the seller, they responded immediately. They delte with the carrier immediately, and we received the rest of our purchase the next day. Great communication with seller. That level of customer service is a rare thing now a days.

Stay as far as possible from the sellers I did not receive the shelves or the screen with my greenhouse. I send a text and inform them that I did not receive some of the items all they did was sent me the item list like I was lying or something. I am still waiting on someone to send my missing items.

I cancelled this order 1 minute after purchasing because I saw it was mailing to the wrong address and reordered 2 minutes after another item to the correct address. This seller processed and shipped both items & I am still waiting for resolve. The seller had ample time to cancel the item. It was not possible to process & prepare shipping in 1 minute & they say they processed it before I cancelled it.

Let me begin this review by saying my experience with Direct Power has been absolutely phenomenal! I contacted DP because I needed a replacement rear wheel for one of their Maxtra E120 Scooters. I got a response and solution within 24 hours and I was informed that they would send me a replacement wheel for free. Well. The boxes came in a little damaged and with holes from normal ahipping. I hope nothing is missing. So packaging could have been better. Also, hatdware cloth is not made of plastic. Plastic netting is not hatdware cloth!! Im a builder and know the difference. So a little misleading with the advertising. I don't expect the structure to lst any more than a year or two as it is the same as a temporary car tent I purchased in the past. This is a temporary structure at best. A little disappointe
