Received wrong item. Seller was very hard to deal with. Did not acknowledge that it was her fault until I called her out on it. Instead of immediately sending me right item, kept sending me messages with instructions on how to follow her rules. Only person to break any rules was Seller when she sent wrong item. Finally got refund on Sunday Oct 13. Order was placed September 21. Kept asking for correct item but she stated she doesn't do exchanges. That was not an exchange.

Mistakes happen, it's what you do next that matters! I did everything I could to assist the buyer with a return and provided a full refund. It seems she wanted to keep the mis shipped items and get a refund, so she was not happy with the outcome. I was very fair and extremely responsive, responding to her even in the off hours on weekends while at home eating dinner with family. I apologized in the first message of being notified the wrong item was received. Some folks can't be pleased!

This product never came. Even though the seller was interested and tried to help it never came. The DHL device sucks is terrible. I tried to file a report and they never helped. They did all they could to AVOID helping me requested me stupid unnecessary documents to import my purchase (a set of perfumes that were supposed to be a gift that never came) very disappointed with the experience. From this point forward it is eBay's responsibility to see that the item is delivered or returned.
