Received refund on this book because shipper was not able to send it for a month and I needed one sooner. I purchased another copy from a different seller. Seller was not able to respond to to messages so I applied for refund thru EBAY and received it today. The book description was really good and it was a hard cover book. This seller has excellent prices, will use again.

Pleasantly surprised. Book listed in “acceptable” condition. I asked for photos of the actual book before purchasing but was told that wasn’t possible due to distribution centers. I figured at $9, I’d take my chances. Other than someone having labeled the back of the book with a marker, it was in great shape. Arrived in a cardboard envelope in a week, no damage. Thanks!

They either didn't understand what was being asked or they didn't actually read the messages. On the negative side, shipping material protection is a thin plastic bag with a label attached, as many have noted in their scathing Negative and Neutral feedbacks. If you're buying any books of value, buyer beware, you're at the mercy of everyone who handles your item, from shipper to delivery person.
